Coffee Connectors, our national mentorship platform, was created to expand access to the commercial real estate industry. What began with informal coffee meetings has grown into a structured initiative that includes one-on-one mentorships, a speaker series, a podcast, and an annual Student Summit. The program supports first-generation and underrepresented college students in building professional networks and navigating early career opportunities.
In parallel, our Opportunity Internships offer a paid, six-week immersive experience in commercial real estate. Interns gain exposure to acquisitions, operations, and asset management, and conclude the program with a final investment presentation delivered to senior leadership.
