Kim serves as a Managing Director and is focused on asset level strategy as well as overseeing leasing and property management. Kim has over 22 years of real estate experience primarily in asset management, investments sales, leasing and operations. Prior to joining NorthBridge, Kim was an Asset Manager at High Street Realty Company (now High Street Logistics Properties), a real estate private equity firm that had acquired over $1.6 billion in properties. At High Street, Kim managed a 5 million square foot portfolio of industrial, office and flex assets across multiple U.S. markets. Prior to that, she was an Associate on the Investment Sales team at RBJ (now CBRE). Kim began her career at Spaulding & Slye (now Jones Lang LaSalle) where she held multiple research, leasing and operations positions.
