Tony serves as Senior Associate at NorthBridge, where he focuses on sourcing new acquisitions, primarily in the Mid-Atlantic. Prior to NorthBridge, Tony worked as a Senior Associate at Ruben Companies, where he focused on new acquisition, lending, and structured finance opportunities across asset classes along the East Coast, as well as handling asset management responsibilities for the DC portfolio consisting of stabilized office and residential assets, as well as future development sites. Before joining Ruben Companies, Tony worked at JBG Smith, helping to progress a portfolio of residential development sites totaling 7,500 units and the recapitalization of a 5 million square foot office portfolio.
