Dave is a Managing Partner at NorthBridge. He is responsible for leading the acquisitions team across all geographies and collaborating on broader investment strategy. In addition, Dave helps guide the company’s overall strategy, as well as being involved in asset management, portfolio management, financing and capital raising for NorthBridge.
Prior to joining NorthBridge, Dave was most recently Chief Investment Officer at Behringer Harvard where he worked with the company’s real estate and debt teams to implement investment strategies across its platform.
He previously worked at iStar Financial as a Vice President in the originations group and the Commodore Funds, an alternative investment vehicle owned by York Capital.
