Jeremy is Managing Director focused on sourcing, financial underwriting, and due diligence of all acquisitions, financings, dispositions and developments across Northbridge’s portfolio, with a primary focus on the Mid-Atlantic region. Prior to joining Northbridge, Jeremy spent 4+ years at The Davis Companies where he was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and structuring new investment opportunities across a variety of property types, with a focus on the greater NYC market. Before joining The Davis Companies, he worked at STAG Industrial as an analyst responsible for acquisitions and asset management.
