Charlie Pilkington is a Property Manager for NorthBridge Partners’ Northeast portfolio, bringing more than 30 years of experience overseeing office, industrial, and retail properties for institutional owners and private investors.
Charlie has led day-to-day property operations for complex assets, including financial reporting and budgeting, vendor and contract management, life-safety and compliance oversight, capital projects, and tenant relations. He has extensive experience managing on-site engineering and security teams and partnering with leasing and ownership to support asset performance and long-term value creation.
Prior to joining NorthBridge, Charlie held senior property management roles with Brandywine Realty Trust, where he managed large office properties and led major renovation and repositioning efforts. His background includes oversight of multimillion-dollar operating and capital budgets, competitive procurement processes, and energy-efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
