As co-founder and Managing Partner of NorthBridge, Dean shares responsibility for directing the firm’s overall strategy, oversees operations, and serves as General Counsel. Dean has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate with a background as a corporate real estate attorney and a commercial real estate broker.
Prior to NorthBridge, Dean led national/international accounts for Transwestern/RBJ (now CBRE) where he helped one of the largest U.S.-based e-commerce companies develop its real estate growth strategy. Previously, he was an attorney at Mintz Levin where he was a member of the Real Estate Practice Group. Dean also worked at the U.S. House Judiciary Committee during law school where he drafted legislation.
Dean is an active member of several boards and community organizations. He is the Co-Founder of Coffee Connectors, a program that connects first-generation college graduates with business leaders. He previously served as Chairman of the Board of the Massachusetts Housing and Shelter Alliance (MHSA), President of the Business Associates Club, a board member at Inversant, and a trustee of the Buxton School in Williamstown, MA.
