Jaclyn (Jacki) Kelly serves as Assistant General Counsel at NorthBridge Partners, providing legal support across the firm’s acquisition, disposition, and asset management activities. She collaborates closely with internal teams on transactional matters, commercial contracting, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day operational issues throughout the asset lifecycle. Jacki also oversees legal matters related to the firm’s AI governance and data security initiatives, including technology vendor diligence and internal policy development. Prior to joining NorthBridge, Jaclyn practiced at an Am Law 100 firm, where she represented institutional and corporate clients in complex transactions, financings, and leasing matters. Her background also includes corporate governance, entity structuring, and general business operations.
