LJ Kriebel is a Facilities Manager for NorthBridge Partners’ Mid-Atlantic portfolio, responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and performance of building systems across multiple assets.
LJ brings more than 20 years of hands-on experience in facilities management, building engineering, and general contracting. Prior to joining NorthBridge, he served as a Construction Engineer with Friedman Realty Group and previously held a Building Operating Engineer role with Brandywine Realty Trust, where he supported large-scale office environments and critical building systems.
In addition to his institutional experience, LJ has operated his own contracting business, providing electrical and general construction services, which informs his practical, solutions-oriented approach to facilities operations.
