Steve is a Senior Analyst at Northbridge in the portfolio management group focused primarily on property valuations. Steve also provides support across the acquisitions, asset management, and finance/reporting functions. Prior to joining Northbridge Steve spent 5 years as a Senior Acquisition Analyst for STAG Industrial. Steve was responsible for underwriting and closing on more than $750M of industrial acquisitions across tier one US industrial markets. Before joining STAG Industrial, Steve worked for Billingsley Co. within their office development team as an Asset Management intern while simultaneously attending a full-time MBA program at SMU in Dallas, TX.
