Tim Ervin is the Head of Northeast Asset Services, where he leads the region’s property management efforts and supports the Asset Management and Development groups. In this role, he focuses on delivering industry leasing management practices, operational excellence, and collaborative partnerships with the NorthBridge Asset Management and Development/Construction teams. With more than 17 years of experience in commercial property and construction management, Tim has a proven track record managing diverse real estate portfolios. Before joining NorthBridge, he served as Vice President of Property Management at Hunneman Real Estate, overseeing approximately 2 million square feet of commercial space across multiple ownership groups—including assets under NorthBridge management. His portfolio primarily consisted of suburban industrial properties, complemented by significant experience managing downtown high-rises and retail assets. He also directed numerous construction projects, including tenant improvements and major building redevelopments. Earlier in his career, Tim worked with CBRE in both Boston and the San Francisco Bay Area, further strengthening his expertise across different markets and asset types.
