Steve DeMarco is a Facilities Manager at NorthBridge, where he ensures efficient, safe, and well-maintained spaces that support tenant satisfaction and operational excellence. Prior to joining NorthBridge, Steve served as the Maintenance and Facilities Manager at IBC Advanced Alloys. In this role, he oversaw the scheduling, coordination, and supervision of contractors, projects, and daily operations for the company’s Massachusetts-based manufacturing facility. Before his time at IBC, Steve worked as a Maintenance and Facilities Technician, where he was responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and repair of building systems and equipment.
