Stacy serves as a Property Manager at NorthBridge, covering the New England markets. Prior to joining NorthBridge, Stacy worked at CBRE as a Senior Real Estate Manager. She was responsible for a suburban portfolio consisting of commercial office, manufacturing and life science clients. During this time, Stacy focused on developing and implementing processes and procedures for her clients. Her responsibilities included financial reporting, budgeting, capital planning, and project management. Previous to CBRE, Stacy worked for Brookwood Financial Partners as a Senior Property Manager. She managed a diversified portfolio of office, warehouse, and manufacturing buildings, totaling 1.3 million square feet across New England.
