Owen serves as Director of Asset Management and Development at NorthBridge. With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Owen has worked in a wide variety of roles and asset classes. Prior to joining NorthBridge, Owen acted an Executive Vice President at Hall Investment Holdings/HallKeen Management, where he focused primarily on acquisitions and asset management. Earlier in his career, Owen worked as an Associate at STAG Capital Partners (now STAG Industrial), where he sourced and closed single tenant industrial real estate acquisitions throughout the Northeast, Midwest and Southeast. Prior to STAG, Owen was as an Investment Analyst within Forest City’s Science + Technology Group focused on Biotech and Lab acquisitions and developments. **
