Noreen O’Melia serves as Senior Vice President, Operations and is responsible for leading our Yardi accounting platform, lease administration, treasury management process and entity and database management. Previously, Noreen served as the Director of Asset & Portfolio Operations for Albany Road Real Estate Partners, responsible for the cross-collaboration among the company’s database, operations, asset management, leasing and acquisitions/dispositions verticals. Prior to Albany Road, Noreen was a Senior Manager in Portfolio Management at Colony Capital. In that role, Noreen worked in various capacities including managing leasing for several diversified asset portfolios of roughly 50 million SF, transitioning assets from acquisition to asset management, authoring several policies and procedures manuals and administering the firm’s database. Earlier in her career, Noreen was the Information Technology Director and Director of Special Projects at the Greater Boston Real Estate Board.
