Morgan is an Operations Analyst at NorthBridge partners. She graduated from Boston College with a degree in Environmental Studies and Accounting. Prior to joining NorthBridge, Morgan gained international experience in Geneva, where she worked on the energy team at the International Institute for Sustainable Development, supporting research on carbon markets and finance. She also worked for Boston College Office of Sustainability where she focused on real estate emissions strategy and building performance compliance.
