Matt is Managing Director on the Portfolio Management, Finance, and Operations team at NorthBridge. He is currently focused on risk management, operations, and artificial intelligence initiatives for the company. Matt has over 20years of experience in commercial real estate and was previously a portfolio manager at Manulife Investment Management, overseeing daily operations, including asset management and finance aspects for a US-focused equity strategy. Preceding Manulife, Matt was a director at Colony Capital, where he was responsible for supporting the head of portfolio management and CFO for that firm’s core-plus/value-add platform, as well as various other corporate initiatives. Prior to that, Matt was a vice president in the consulting and valuation division at the Debt Exchange.
