Jaclyn (Jacki) Kelly serves as Assistant General Counsel at NorthBridge Partners, providing legal support across the firm’s acquisition, development, and asset management activities. With nearly a decade of experience, she collaborates closely with internal teams on both transactional matters and day-to-day operational issues throughout the asset lifecycle. Prior to joining NorthBridge, Jaclyn was an associate in the General Commercial Real Estate group at Nixon Peabody, where she represented developers and operating companies in transactions, leasing, and construction matters. Her background also includes corporate governance, entity structuring, and general business operations.
