Elvira Hadzihasanovic

Elvira is Chief Accounting Officer at NorthBridge where she is responsible for direct oversight of accounting, financial reporting, treasury, and cash management functions for a variety of investment portfolios and corporate entities. With over two decades of accounting and reporting experience, Elvira brings a strong blend of technical expertise and business acumen to the organization. Throughout her career, Elvira has successfully managed complex fund structures, including open ended fund, joint ventures, and REITs. Prior to joining NorthBridge, Elvira was at Berkshire Residential Investments for 11 years, where she was responsible for oversight of all aspects of accounting and reporting for a portfolio of multifamily funds, including open end fund, closed end funds, co-investment vehicles, and separate accounts. Elvira led accounting functions during multiple portfolio expansions and fund launches. In addition, she assisted in the recapitalization of the public REIT and other accounts.  Elvira has held several positions within Berkshire, most recently SVP, Head of Equity Fund Accounting and Reporting. She previously spent 9 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, within real estate assurance practice, providing audit services and operational compliance reviews for public REITs and private real estate investment managers.
