Elizabeth joined the NorthBridge team in 2025 as an Asset Manager for the New England Portfolio, where she is responsible for asset-level strategy and execution. She oversees business plan execution, including leasing, capital improvements and asset repositioning, budgeting, and dispositions for her portfolio. She works closely with NorthBridge’s portfolio management, acquisitions, broader property management, and finance/reporting staff on acquisition due diligence, property-level maintenance and performance, ongoing asset valuation, and reporting. Prior to NorthBridge Elizabeth spent nearly 6 years on the acquisitions team at Partners Group’s Private Real Estate firm in Denver, working on both direct asset acquisitions and primary, secondary, and co-investment investments. Her team deployed approximately $1 billion of equity across all major US metros and asset classes annually. She was responsible for sourcing investments, underwriting, commercial due diligence, facilitating venture and management agreements, and closing. Previous to Partners Group, Elizabeth worked on the Development Team at Forum Real Estate Group in Denver, where she was responsible for several multi-family developments around the country from pre-development through delivery and lease-up.
