Colin serves as a Director at Northbridge supporting both the Portfolio & Asset Management teams. Colin focuses primarily on dispositions and leasing across NorthBridge’s portfolio, while providing additional support for a broad range of initiatives, including financing, portfolio reporting, and operations. Prior to joining Northbridge, Colin spent 3 years as an Associate at Grander Capital Partners, an operator focused on acquiring office and industrial assets in New England and the Mid-Atlantic. At Grander, Colin was responsible for the overall financial and operational success of the portfolio, including lease negotiation, budget creation, and dispositions. Before joining Grander Capital Partners, Colin worked at JLL as a research analyst, supporting their Mid-Atlantic industrial leasing and capital markets team.
