Chad serves as Vice President, Accounting, in charge of property-level accounting for NorthBridge. Chad works with both asset management and property management teams to ensure accurate and timely monthly reporting. In addition, Chad assists asset management in the annual budgeting process, and the acquisitions team in property closings. Prior to joining NorthBridge, Chad was the Controller of Portfolio Accounting at KS Partners where he was responsible for property, lender and investor reporting for a 5M square foot office portfolio. Previously, he was Controller of Property Accounting at Colony Capital.
