Carina is a Property Accountant where she assists with the property level reporting for a number of individual assets within a larger industrial portfolio, while working with asset managers and property managers to review annual budgets and quarterly reforecast for the assigned portfolio. Additionally, she prepares quarterly financial packages for distribution to property managers and asset managers. Prior to joining NorthBridge, Carina worked as a Staff Accountant at Chelsea Clock, located in Chelsea, MA. She has a background in Finance and Accounting. She demonstrates proficiency in various financial tasks, particularly accounts receivable management.
