Bea serves as a Director at NorthBridge, where she manages the firm’s investor relations efforts. In this capacity she handles investor communications and reporting and provides support for fundraising and ongoing relationships. Additionally, she leads the Coffee Connectors Program, a flagship initiative that builds community and expands career pathways for first-generation students interested in commercial real estate. With over 18 years of experience in the real estate industry, Beatrice has held asset management roles at The Green Cities Company (formerly Gerding Edlen) and the DSF Group, overseeing multi-billion-dollar portfolios across major U.S. markets. She began her career in real estate as a portfolio accountant.
