Greg is co-founder, Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer at NorthBridge where he shares responsibility for directing the firm’s overall strategy and serves as Chief Investment Officer. Greg has over 20 years of experience in the logistics real estate sector, primarily focused in the lower-middle market segment. He has worked in a wide variety of roles within real estate including acquisitions, asset management, fundraising and portfolio management.
Prior to NorthBridge, Greg was a Director at Colony Capital where he worked in various capacities including acquisitions, asset management, business development and portfolio management. Greg also worked as an Associate at The Blackstone Group on both equity and debt real estate funds. Greg began his career as an Analyst at Jones Lang LaSalle.
Greg has served on several community boards including the United Way of Massachusetts, the United Way North Shore Advisory Board, the Mass DOT Appraisal Review Board and several others. Greg is also co-founder of Coffee Connectors, a program designed to connect first generation college graduates with executives in the Boston business community.
