Payne is a Director at NorthBridge where he focuses on sourcing, underwriting, and executing acquisitions, financings, and dispositions throughout NorthBridge’s portfolio. He also provides support across various verticals, including portfolio management, asset management, and reporting. Before joining NorthBridge, Payne worked at AXA Investment Managers, where he originated more than $2 billion in commercial real estate debt investments spanning multiple property types and markets. Prior to his role in loan originations, Payne worked as an asset manager at AXA IM (formerly Quadrant Real Estate Advisors), overseeing 35+ commercial mortgages with an aggregate balance exceeding $2.5 billion. A graduate of Colgate University, Payne is an active member of the Colgate Real Estate Council.
