Payne Hadden

SENIOR Associate

Payne is a Senior Associate at NorthBridge where he focuses on sourcing, financial underwriting, and due diligence for acquisitions, financings, and dispositions across NorthBridge’s portfolio. Additionally, Payne provides support for various portfolio management, asset management, and reporting initiatives. 

Prior to NorthBridge, Payne worked at AXA Investment Managers (formerly Quadrant Real Estate Advisors) originating commercial real estate debt investments across various property types and markets. While at AXA IM, Payne supported the origination of over $2 billion of CRE debt investments. Prior to his role in loan origination, Payne worked as an asset manager at Quadrant Real Estate Advisors, managing 35 commercial mortgages totaling over $2.5 billion.

A graduate of Colgate University, Payne is an active member of the Colgate Real Estate Council.
