Brian serves as Managing Director at NorthBridge, where he focuses on portfolio management, financings, asset management, and dispositions. During his tenure, he has implemented a range of strategies across acquisitions, asset management, and development investments. Prior to joining NorthBridge, Brian spent eight years at AEW Capital Management, where he was responsible for sourcing, structuring, and underwriting new investment opportunities. He completed more than $3 billion in acquisitions and developments spanning diverse property types. Brian originally joined AEW in 2010 as an asset manager, overseeing approximately five million square feet of commercial space. Before AEW, he worked at Jones Lang LaSalle as an analyst on the downtown leasing and investment sales teams. Brian also serves as a Board Member for OYO USA, a joint venture with OYO Hotels, a global travel technology company backed by SoftBank Group Corp. In addition, he is a licensed real estate broker in Massachusetts.
