Dan is Chief Financial Officer of the firm, responsible for the planning and execution of its financial and operational strategies. His oversight spans financing, accounting, reporting, treasury, risk, tax, and portfolio management. He has more than 30 years of experience with leading institutional real estate platforms, including TA Associates Realty, Colony Capital, and Copley Real Estate Advisors, where he worked across acquisitions, dispositions, finance, portfolio and asset management, valuations, and brokerage. During 13 years at Colony Capital, Dan served as a Managing Director and member of the Management Committee, where he led dispositions, valuations, risk management, and portfolio oversight for more than $5 billion of Value-Add/Core Plus assets. He also spent eight years at TA Associates Realty in acquisitions, asset management, and valuations, was an Executive Vice President with JLL’s Investment Sales group, and began his career in industrial brokerage with Richard Bowers & Company in Atlanta.
