Ryan Carroll

Director / Development

Ryan serves as Director, Development at NorthBridge Partners, focused on entitlements, development, and construction. Ryan has over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate construction, development, and project management.

Prior to joining NorthBridge, Ryan worked for The RMR Group where he was responsible planning and delivery of new development and redevelopment. His work spanned industrial, office, hospitality and life science market sectors throughout the United States.  

Prior to RMR, Ryan worked for CBRE delivering commercial real estate for a variety of clients throughout New England. He currently serves as an elected member of the North Reading Community Planning Commission.
