Robert Bechtel

Vice President

Robert serves as Vice President where he focuses on sourcing new acquisitions in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Prior to NorthBridge, Robert worked for Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), where he spearheaded the firm’s urban logistics efforts in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. In this role, Robert executed on investment sales and equity placement assignments in excess of 10 million square feet of first- and final-mile facilities throughout the East Coast.  

Robert is a member of NAIOP and ULI in Washington, DC. In addition, Robert is active in giving back through volunteer work and fundraising efforts with the Special Olympics and the French Bulldog Rescue Network.
