Nicole Rogers is the Assistant Property Manager for the Mid-Atlantic region at NorthBridge Partners, supporting operations across properties in the New Jersey and Philadelphia markets. She brings a strong foundation in business management and property operations across both residential and commercial real estate.

Before joining NorthBridge, Nicole worked at Brixmor Property Group, where she supported the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic teams in managing a portfolio of shopping centers across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Long Island. Earlier in her career, she managed residential facilities and developed customized CRM workspaces for property management operations.
