Mohamad Chaouieche

PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT

Mohamad works as a Property Accountant at NorthBridge. He is responsible for assisting in the property level reporting for assets in NorthBridge’s portfolio and working with the property managers and asset managers to review annual budgets.

Prior to joining NorthBridge, Mohamad was an FSO Tax Intern at Ernst & Young, where he was responsible for different financial servicing tasks for clients in the banking, capital markets, and insurance sector.

Before joining Ernst & Young, Mohamad worked as an intern for State Street Corporation with their corporate tax team. In the three years that he worked there, Mohamed was heavily involved in the corporate tax credits, along with the provision and compliance teams.
