David Craine

David Craine is an Asset Manager at NorthBridge Partners, overseeing the strategic performance of the firm’s Mid-Atlantic industrial real estate portfolio. He works closely with leasing teams, property managers, and capital partners to maximize value across assets.

Prior to joining NorthBridge, David was Vice President of Asset Management at Eastbanc, managing over 650,000 square feet of urban retail and mixed-use space. His responsibilities included development stabilization, lease negotiations, and loan restructuring. He also held acquisition and finance roles at Federal Realty Investment Trust and Madison Marquette, contributing to transactions totaling over $1 billion.
