Colin Sargis

SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Colin is a Senior Associate at Northbridge supporting the Asset Management team. Colin focuses primarily on the leasing, operations, and financial analysis of the existing portfolio.

Prior to joining Northbridge, Colin spent 3 years as an Asset Manager for Grander Capital Partners. At Grander, Colin was responsible for the overall financial and operational success of assets in the Boston and Mid-Atlantic markets, including lease negotiation, construction management, budget creation, and dispositions.

Before joining Grander Capital Partners, Colin worked at JLL as a research analyst, supporting their Mid-Atlantic industrial leasing and capital markets team.
