Cara serves as a Property Manager at NorthBridge, covering the New Jersey and Philadelphia markets.

Prior to joining NorthBridge, Cara worked at JLL on their New Jersey industrial management team where she managed a portfolio of assets and focused on budgeting, capital project management, lease negotiations, CAM reconciliations and tenant/ownership relations.
